Strong winds, large hail and heavy rain are also possible. The potential for tornadoes will exist until early this evening. ### Tornado watches are issued when atmospheric conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms that could produce tornadoes. John D'or Prairie — WAD CRU arrests John D'or Prairie man for drug trafficking Tuesday 28 May 2024 04:00 PM UTC+00 | Tags: alberta On May 21, 2024, members of the Western Alberta District (WAD) Crime Reduction Unit (CRU) were conducting proactive enforcement patrols in John D'or Prairie, in response to a recent spike in gang-related activity in the community. CRU members conducted a traffic stop in the community, which resulted in a search of a vehicle and the seizure of over an ounce of cocaine, which was packaged in a manner consistent with drug trafficking.
