Red Deer — Red Deer RCMP Crime Reduction Team arrest prolific offenders

On Dec. 14, 2023, the Red Deer RCMP Crime Reduction Team (CRT) arrested and charged two individuals following a stolen property investigation. Red Deer RCMP CRT observed a suspicious vehicle attend two separate businesses within Red Deer and steal wheels off vehicles at these businesses. RCMP were able to stop and arrest the two individuals from the suspicious car. During the arrest, one of the suspects threw a backpack, which police recovered. The backpack contained multiple cell phones, cash, and drugs.
