Edmonton — Alberta RCMP are hosting a recruiting event in honor of 50 years of women in police

This Feb. 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., to celebrate the RCMP's 50 Years of Women in Policing, the Alberta RCMP will be hosting a Women's Career Day at the RCMP HQ in Edmonton. We hope to invite 32 women from across the province to attend and learn about the various career opportunities within the RCMP. Attendees will learn what a career in the RCMP is like from female officers and what the application process is to join the RCMP
