Slave Lake — Slave Lake RCMP General Investigation Section lay charges in drug trafficking investigation

On July 19, 2024, Slave Lake General Investigation Section, the Slave Lake RCMP, Faust RCMP, Lakeshore Regional Police Service and the Alberta RCMP Roving Traffic Unit North with the assistance of a Narcotic Detection Dog, executed a search warrant on a residence which concluded a 7-month long investigation on a suspected drug house in the southwest quadrant of Slave Lake.
