Cold Lake — Cold Lake RCMP dismantle dial-a-dope operation

In late 2023, the Cold Lake General Investigations Section (GIS) became aware of a group of individuals involved in illegal crack cocaine sales in the area of Cold Lake. With the assistance of the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT) in Edmonton, an investigation was initiated into this group, and it was determined that a well-organized crack cocaine delivery service was operating in the area.
