Jasper — Jasper RCMP execute drug-related search warrant - Update

On Jan. 12, 2024, Jasper RCMP, with the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services and Edson RCMP Integrated Traffic Unit, executed a search warrant at a Jasper residence. The 6-month-long investigation, assisted by RCMP Western Alberta District Crime Reduction Unit, focused on the distribution of illicit street drugs in the Jasper community. Since the last release, the drugs have been analysed and confirmed as being Cocaine, Methamphetamine, MDMA and Ketamine. As a result of the investigation, a 31-year-old individual, a resident of Jasper, was charged with:
