Westlock County — Westlock RCMP make arrest following stabbing – Update

Westlock RCMP have laid charges in connection with a stabbing that occurred on Aug. 23, 2024, in Westlock County. RCMP have charged a 30-year-old individual, a resident of Westlock County, with attempted murder. The individual has been taken before a justice of the peace and remanded into custody with a next court date set for Aug. 28, 2024, at the Albert Court of Justice in Westlock, Alta.
